【Morphology】Deciduous climbing vine. Stem nearly square, purple, covered with white soft hairs.
Leaves compound, opposite, leaflets ovate, 2-6.5 cm long, 1.2-5.5 cm wide, the middle leaflet larger, sometimes 3-lobed in the upper part, rounded at the base, pointed at the tip, with 2-3 blunt teeth above the middle part of the margin, entire below the middle part, both sides covered with short white hairs; petiole slender.
Inflorescence in a conical umbel; flowers white, about 2 cm in diameter; sepals 4, densely hairy on the outside, hairless on the inside; no petals; numerous stamens, anthers shorter than filaments, yellow; numerous carpels, covered with short hairs, styles with long white hairs.
Fruit narrow obliquely ovoid, about 5 mm long, styles not falling off and elongating. Flowering period in August.
