[Cooked Oyster Meat]
Ingredients: 250g fresh oyster meat, 500ml meat broth.
Method: Bring the meat broth to a boil and blanch the oyster meat in it. Boil it until cooked. Add salt and monosodium glutamate for seasoning.

[Soft-shelled Turtle and Cordyceps Soup]
Ingredients: 1 soft-shelled turtle (about 500g), 20g cordyceps, 50g lotus root.

Ingredients: 1 turtle, 30g squid, 20g Chinese gallnut root.
Method: Scald the turtle with boiling water, remove the shell and internal organs, wash it, and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a clay pot together with squid and Chinese gallnut root. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Season to taste.

[Stewed Cuttlefish with Black Chicken]
Ingredients: 250g cuttlefish, 1 turtle, 1 black chicken.
Method: Remove the bones from the cuttlefish, remove the head, claws, and internal organs from the turtle, scald them with boiling water to remove the black skin, and wash the black chicken. Put all the ingredients in a pot with an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour until tender. Add salt for seasoning.
