【Stewed Quail with Prince Ginseng】
Ingredients: Wolfberries, bamboo fungus, 2 quails, 20g prince ginseng
Seasoning: Chicken broth, green onion, ginger, pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt
Instructions:
1. Wash the quails and cut them into pieces. Blanch them to remove blood, then set aside. Soak the prince ginseng until soft, then set aside;
2. Put the seasoning and ingredients in a bowl, place it in a steamer, and steam until the quails are cooked. Remove the green onion and ginger.
