【Cooling Lotus Root Stir-Fry】

 【Target Audience】

  Suitable for people who are prone to internal heat in the summer.

 【Usage and Taboos】

  Not suitable for those with weak spleen and stomach.

 【Ingredients】

  50g lean pork, 50g lotus root, 100g mung bean sprouts, 10g honeysuckle, 30g lotus leaf, suitable amount of vegetable oil and salt.



 

  【Instructions】

  1. Wash the lotus leaf and boil it to make a decoction. Wash the lean pork and cut into shreds. Wash the lotus root and cut into slices. Wash the mung bean sprouts.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan.

  3. Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the lotus root slices. Add honeysuckle and lotus leaf decoction (about 30ml) until the decoction is absorbed into the lotus root slices.

  4. Add the cooked pork shreds and mung bean sprouts, and a little salt. Stir-fry over high heat and remove from the pan.
