Wuzhao Feng is the whole herb of the Rosaceae plant Potentilla chinensis, mainly distributed in Sichuan and Guizhou provinces in China. It can be used to treat various diseases. Below, I will recommend two ways to eat Wuzhao Feng.

Method: Wash the tender leaves of Wuzhao Feng to remove impurities, blanch them in boiling water, remove and wash them, squeeze out the water, and cut them into sections. Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry. Add refined salt and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked and formed into pieces. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the chopped green onion until fragrant, add the tender leaves of Wuzhao Feng and stir-fry, add refined salt and stir-fry until well flavored, pour in the fried eggs, add monosodium glutamate, and remove from the pan.
