1. Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui)

Dang Gui has the functions of nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, and moistening the intestines for smooth bowel movements. Dang Gui is a commonly used herb in traditional Chinese medicine and is known as the "sacred medicine for blood."

It is commonly used in the treatment of women's menstrual disorders, such as dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation. Preparation method: Cut Dang Gui into thin slices, take 5-10 grams, boil or soak in water to make tea. It can also be added in small amounts to chicken or meat stew.

2. Donkey-hide gelatin (E Jiao)

It can promote the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood, and also enhance calcium absorption. It is commonly used in the treatment of various bleeding or anemia. Preparation method: Select 1 gram of high-quality donkey-hide gelatin, crush it, put it in a large bowl, add two small spoons of yellow wine, steam it in a steamer until the donkey-hide gelatin is completely melted, add a small amount of brown sugar, and when the sugar melts, add a few drops of yellow wine and remove from heat.
