Dietary Therapies for Alleviating the Aftermath of Staying Up Late

Staying up late, a familiar term, I believe many of us have experienced it, even though we know that staying up late is harmful to our health, but many times we cannot stop. Therapy 1: Stewed Chicken Egg with Rehmannia Root

Therapy 4: Stewed Lean Pork with Prunella Vulgaris

Ingredients: 10g of prunella vulgaris, 50-100g of lean pork.

Method: Stew prunella vulgaris and lean pork with water each time, cook until the meat is tender, season with a little salt, eat the meat and drink the broth, once a day.

Ingredients: 600g of cleaned old chicken, appropriate amount of gastrodia, 25g of ginger slices, a few wolfberries, 1 small spoon of salt, a little MSG, suitable amount of chicken broth.

Method: Wash the old chicken and cut it into pieces, scald it in boiling water to remove the blood, then remove and set aside; wash the gastrodia and soak it in warm water; pour chicken broth into the pot, bring to a boil, then add chicken pieces, gastrodia, ginger slices, and wolfberries, cook until the chicken is cooked, season with salt and MSG.

Ingredients: 100g of soybeans, appropriate amount of ginkgo nuts, 1 small piece of snow fungus, 1 crucian carp, 2 slices of ginger, salt as needed.

Method: Wash the soybeans, peel and shell the ginkgo nuts, wash the snow fungus and soak it in water for 20 minutes, then tear it into small pieces; clean the crucian carp, lightly fry it in oil, and set it aside; add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil, then add soybeans, ginkgo nuts, snow fungus, crucian carp, and ginger slices, simmer over low heat for about 90 minutes, then season with salt.
