Cold and Damp Type Lumbar Muscle Strain
[Clinical Manifestations] Low back pain worsens after exposure to cold and damp weather or excessive physical exertion. Symptoms include a preference for warmth and aversion to cold, fatigue, inability to stand upright, and limited mobility. The tongue coating is white and slippery, and the pulse is thin and string-like.
[Dietary Therapy]
1. Coix Seed and Ginger Lamb Soup: 50g of coix seed, 20g of fresh ginger, 250g of lamb, add water and simmer to make soup, season and serve.
2. Good Ginger and Pig Spine Bone Congee: 10g of good ginger, 30g of coix seed, 10 slices of fresh ginger, 10g of Eucommia ulmoides, 20g of Loranthus parasiticus, decoct in water to remove residue, then add 250g of pig spine bone and 120g of rice to cook congee, season and consume.
3. Pepper and Fennel Cooked Pig Tail: 12g of black pepper, 10g of fennel, 1 pig tail (hair removed, washed and cut into sections), water, cook soup, season and consume.
