Ginseng, Coix Seed, and Pig's Trotter Soup

Ginseng...............15g
Coix Seed...............30g
Pig's Trotter...............2 pieces
Ginger...............5g
Spring Onion...............10g
Salt...............3g

Nourishes Qi and blood, dispels wind and dampness. Suitable for conditions such as hypertension with Qi deficiency and damp obstruction.
Instructions
I. Rinse and slice the ginseng; clean the coix seed; remove hair from the pig's trotter and cut in half; slice the ginger and cut the spring onion into segments.
2. Place the pig's trotter, ginseng, coix seed, spring onion, and ginger in a stewing pot, and add 1000ml of water.
3. Place the stewing pot on high heat and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low heat for 1 hour, add salt, and it's ready to serve.
How to Eat
Enjoy with meals. Consume twice a week and continue for 2 months.
Contraindications
People with excessive heat, Qi stagnation, or excessive anger should avoid consuming ginseng. Those with spleen deficiency or difficulty in bowel movement, as well as pregnant women, should avoid consuming coix seed.
