1. Chive Juice with Brown Sugar

  

  Ingredients: 300g fresh chives, 100g brown sugar

4. Steamed Pork Ribs

  

  Ingredients: 300g pork ribs, 50g baby bok choy, 20g peanut oil, 3g salt, 2g MSG, 3g yellow wine, 4g scallions, 3g ginger

  

  Instructions: Wash the pork ribs, chop them into 4cm long, 3cm wide pieces, blanch them in boiling water, then remove and rinse. Wash the baby bok choy, remove the roots, cut into two sections. Cut the scallions into sections, cut the ginger into chunks, lightly tap with a knife. Heat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the scallions and ginger, add yellow wine, then add the ribs and broth. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, pour into a clay pot, simmer over low heat until almost cooked. Add the baby bok choy, season with salt and MSG, and continue to simmer until the ribs are tender and boneless. Serve in a bowl.

  Ingredients: young chicken, yellow wine, and other seasonings
