【Ingredients】

200g peeled Tianma, 500g pork, 35g ginger, 50g coix seed, 50g amomum fruit, 50g lotus seed, 50g lard, 250g cauliflower, 100g Chinese cabbage, 100g shiitake mushrooms, 100g peanut oil, 20g rock sugar, 30g cooking wine, 3000ml pork broth.

【Method】

1. Soak the Tianma in warm water for half an hour, rinse it clean, and cut it into slices. Remove the seeds from the amomum fruit, leaving only the peel. Wash the coix seed and soak the lotus seed in water to remove the core. Rinse the pork ribs and drain the water. Cut the ribs into small sections about 6-8cm long. Cut the pork into slices about 6-8cm long. Peel and thinly slice the Chinese cabbage. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips. Rinse the remaining ingredients and set aside.

2. Heat the peanut oil in a pot, then add the ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork ribs, rock sugar, and other seasonings. Stir-fry until the ribs turn white.

3. Bring the pork broth to a boil, pour it into a large pot, add the Tianma, and cook for about 15 minutes. If desired, add flavoring ingredients such as essence for further seasoning.
