 250 grams of red beans, 1 green-headed duck (old male duck), 5 grass fruits, salt, and scallions. Remove the feathers and impurities from the duck, wash it, put the red beans, grass fruits, and scallions in the duck's abdomen, put it in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and stew until the duck is cooked.  1000 grams of soft-shelled turtle, 500 grams of lamb, 5 grams of grass fruit, suitable seasonings. Blanch the soft-shelled turtle in boiling water, remove the head, claws, shell, and internal organs, wash and dice it; wash the lamb, cut it into pieces, put it in a bowl with grass fruit, add ginger and an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked. Add salt, chopped scallions, monosodium glutamate, and pepper powder to season. Take it twice a week. It can nourish yin and stomach, promote diuresis and remove dampness. It is suitable for bone steaming, fatigue, and athlete's foot.

 

 Sixth, grass fruit and pig kidney porridge

 

 3 grams of grass fruit, 1 pair of pig kidneys, 30 grams of rice. Remove the tendons and fascia from the pig kidneys, wash them, cut them into slices, and simmer them with grass fruit to extract the juice. Add rice and cook it into a thin porridge, take it once a day. It can warm the kidneys, dispel dampness, and relieve cold and pain. It is suitable for lumbago caused by cold and dampness obstruction.

 

 Seventh, raw cold mixed grass fruit sprouts

 

 Ingredients: 1 to 2 fresh grass fruit sprouts, water beans, chili powder, chili sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate (according to preferences, you can add coriander, Houttuynia cordata, soy sauce, etc.)

 

 Method: Peel the outer skin of the grass fruit sprouts, remove the aging shoot meat at the base, wash and cut them into fine shreds (the finer the better, limited by constant), mix them with water beans, chili powder, chili sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, coriander, Houttuynia cordata, soy sauce, etc.
