Using Tianma for Headache Relief: Traditional Chinese Medicine Methods

Tianma is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine that not only relieves pain and calms the mind, but also has good blood circulation and blood pressure lowering effects. Method 1: Stewed Chicken with Tianma

Ingredients: Chicken, Tianma, Red Dates, Goji Berries, Ginger

Method 2: Tianma Duck

Ingredients: Fresh Tianma 100g, Goji Berries 15g, Female Duck 1

Instructions: Slaughter the duck, remove the feathers and internal organs, and stew it with Tianma and goji berries. After the duck is cooked, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and other seasonings to taste.

Effects: Nourishes yin and subdues yang, soothes the liver, and suppresses wind. It is suitable for conditions such as yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, threatened miscarriage, dizziness, tinnitus, headache, bitter taste in the mouth, and dry throat.


Method 3: Tianma Fish Head Tofu Soup

Ingredients: Fish head 1000g, Tofu 500g, Tianma slices about 15g

Instructions: Add ginger, scallion, salt, and cooking oil, and then stew it in a clay pot. When the soup turns milky white, it is ready to be eaten.

Effects: It has excellent effects in relieving dizziness and promoting brain health.

Method 4: Tianma and Chuanxiong Tea

Ingredients: Prepare Chuanxiong, Tianma, and tea leaves.

Instructions: Grind them together into powder, then shape them into pellets. Generally, the size should be the same as a marble. Take one pellet daily, and take it with clear tea.
