2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak them in water for 15 minutes to remove the bean smell. Set aside.

3. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color. Set it aside.

4. Add some oil to the pan and gently place the tofu pieces into the pan. Pan-fry them over low heat until both sides turn golden brown. Add the minced meat and stir for about 1 minute. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt for seasoning. Thicken the sauce with a mixture of starch and water. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle some spring onions on top. Serve.
