Take 5 grams of Wu Zhu Yu, grind it into powder, mix it with vinegar to form a paste, and apply it to the Yongquan acupoint with a tape about 3 square centimeters in size before going to bed at night. Remove it when you wake up the next day. Continue for 1 week.
