  Main ingredients: 200g beef, 150g edamame

  Seasoning: 2 tablespoons peanut oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon olive vegetable

  1. Shell and wash the edamame, wash and dice the red bell pepper, slice the garlic.

  2. Rinse the beef with warm water and cut into cubes. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt, white pepper, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Mix the remaining 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch with cold water to make a starch-water mixture for later use.

  3. Boil a pot of water and add 1/2 tablespoon salt. Then add the edamame and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water. Drain.

  4. Heat a frying pan with some peanut oil. When the oil is hot, quickly stir-fry the marinated beef cubes until they change color. Remove from the pan.

  7. Add the beef cubes and olive vegetable. According to personal taste, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly to mix well.
