For urinary retention: take half an liang (1 liang = 50 grams) of Xu Changqing (moxibustion treated), three fen (1 fen = 0.375 grams) of mao gen, one liang each of mu tong and dong kui zi, two liang of hua shi, one fen of bing lang, and half a liang of qu mai sui. Take five qian (1 qian = 3.75 grams) per dose, decoct in water, and add one qian (1 qian = 3.75 grams) of pu xiao. Take it warm. This formula is called "Xu Changqing Tang".

  4. For motion sickness: crush Xu Changqing, shi chang sheng, che qian zi, and che xia li gen into equal parts, and put half a he (1 he = 3.75 grams) in a bag to be worn on the belt.

  1. It is not suitable for long decoction. People with weak constitution should be cautious when taking it.
