"Di Da Lao" is a Chinese medicinal herb with a pungent taste and mild nature. It can dispel wind and open collaterals, promote blood circulation, reduce swelling, and relieve pain. It is commonly used in the treatment of conditions such as arthritis, back and leg pain, and numbness in the limbs. To treat these conditions, "Di Da Lao" can be decocted with 25-50 grams and taken orally with water.

Effect 2: Reduces swelling and relieves pain

"Di Da Lao" can reduce swelling and relieve pain, making it effective in the treatment of common injuries caused by falls or accidents. For treatment, fresh "Di Da Lao" can be crushed into a paste and applied directly to the affected area. The paste should be changed once a day, and after two to three days, the symptoms of swelling and pain should significantly decrease or disappear.

"Di Da Lao" can dispel wind and eliminate dampness, making it beneficial for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. To treat this condition, soak 200 grams of "Di Da Lao" in 2,000 grams of white wine for about a month to obtain a medicinal wine. Take 25 grams of the medicinal wine orally daily and apply it to the painful joints. By treating internally and externally, the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis can be quickly alleviated.
