【Chinese Medicine Teaches You How to Massage the Tianchong Acupoint】

1. Use the index fingers of both hands to press the Tianchong acupoint, once in the morning and once in the evening, pressing for 3-5 minutes each time. This method can treat gum swelling and pain.
