1. Corn Silk Stewed with Pig Pancreas

According to the "Reference Materials for the Study of Common Disease Prescriptions", corn silk stewed with pig pancreas is a recommended dietary therapy.

Take 30 grams of corn silk, wash it, and cut 150 grams of pig pancreas into pieces. Boil the two ingredients in water for 40 minutes, add appropriate seasoning, and take the soup to drink. Drink it twice a day, completing one course of treatment in 10 days.
