The leaves are often wrinkled, and when flattened, the leaf blades are lanceolate or oblong-linear, with basal leaves measuring 5-15cm in length and 0.5-2cm in width. The leaves have entire margins and are covered with appressed bifid hairs on both sides.

The flowers have a diameter of about 1cm and are orange-yellow in color, resembling a circular shape. It has a mild aroma and a slightly bitter taste.
