  【Recipe: Stir-Fried Qianzhang with Shredded Pork】

  

  Ingredients: Pork, Qianzhang (tofu skin), Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cooking Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Sugar, Cornstarch, Green and Red Bell Peppers, Salt, Cooking oil

  

  1. Wash the pork and cut it into shreds. Marinate it with cooking wine, salt, and cornstarch for 20 minutes.

  

  2. Wash the qianzhang and cut it into shreds. Wash the green and red bell peppers and cut them into shreds. Wash the green onion, ginger, and garlic and set aside.

  

  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

  

  4. Add the pork shreds to the pan and stir-fry until they turn white. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to color the meat.

  
         

 

  5. Add the qianzhang and green and red bell pepper shreds to the pan. Season with salt and sugar.

  

  6. Stir-fry on high heat until well mixed.

  

  Tips: Qianzhang, like tofu, is rich in nutrients, but it is not suitable for those with stones to consume it excessively.
