【Precautions】
(1) It is not advisable to consume this dish while taking tetracycline drugs. It is also not advisable to consume it while taking iron supplements, as white fungus contains rich phosphorus, which can form insoluble precipitates with iron.
(2) White fungus is greasy and should be avoided by those who have coughs caused by wind-cold or phlegm due to damp-heat.
(3) People with high cholesterol should not consume too much chicken liver. People with oral mucosal disease should not consume too much chicken liver, as it is a high-fat food that can generate a large amount of heat calories and weaken digestion.
(4) Chicken liver contains rich tyramine, which, when taken with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as phenelzine and tranylcypromine), can cause hypertensive reactions. Chicken liver should not be taken with reserpine, as it can weaken the antihypertensive effect of reserpine.
(5) Take one dose every 2-3 days. Divide into multiple meals. Can be consumed regularly.
