Licorice is a type of herbal medicine that is commonly consumed by soaking it in water. This method enhances the effects of licorice. Medicinal Dish 1: Licorice Jujube Rice Porridge

【Method】Clean the three yellow chicken and cut it into large pieces. Add straw mushrooms and licorice. Add other seasonings and mix well. Steam it over boiling water until cooked. Consume it while hot, once a day or every other day. Long-term consumption will yield better results.
