Symptoms of Prolapse in Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type:

[Stewed Eel with Pork]

Ingredients: 400g eel, 400g lean pork, 15g astragalus root, 10 jujubes.

Method: Remove the internal organs of the eel and cut it into sections. Cut the pork into chunks. Stew together with jujubes until the pork is tender.

Effects: Tonify qi, invigorate spleen, and nourish kidney.

Usage: Drink the soup and eat the meat.

[Turtle with Asarum]

Ingredients: 120g turtle meat, 12g asarum.

Method: Cut the turtle meat into pieces and wrap the asarum in gauze. Put them together in a clay pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, remove any foam, and then simmer over low heat until the turtle meat is tender. Remove the herbal bag, season, and serve.

Effects: Invigorate spleen and nourish kidney.
