Mulberry Leaf Loquat Porridge

Ingredients:

18g mulberry leaves, 10g loquat leaves, 100g sugarcane, 6g peppermint, 60g rice.

Instructions:

Wash and chop the mulberry leaves, loquat leaves, sugarcane, and peppermint. Add an appropriate amount of water and boil to extract the juice. Add rice and cook until the porridge thickens. Eat while hot.

What to eat for a stuffy nose during a cold

1. Orange Peel Drink

Take 30g fresh orange peel or 15g dried orange peel, add 750ml of water, boil until reduced to 500ml, and add an appropriate amount of white sugar to drink.

2. Cabbage Soup

Take 3 roots of large cabbage, wash and slice, add 3 roots of green onions, boil 500ml of soup, and add a little white sugar to drink while hot.

Alternatively, take 250g of cabbage heart, add 60g of white radish, boil with water, and add an appropriate amount of brown sugar to eat with the vegetables and drink the soup.

3. Ginger and Mustard Greens Soup
