White Tribulus: Remove impurities from the original medicinal material.

Stir-fried Tribulus: Take clean Tribulus and stir-fry it in a pot over low heat until it turns slightly yellow. Remove it and let it cool. Then place 1-2 copper coins on the millstone pad and grind the Tribulus to remove the hard thorns. Screen out the thorn debris and remove the stem and stalk impurities.

Salted Tribulus: Take the thorn-free Tribulus and mix it with salt water (for every 100 kilograms of Tribulus, use 3 kilograms of salt, dissolved in a suitable amount of boiling water to clarify). Let it sit until it is thoroughly soaked, then stir-fry it in a pot over low heat until it turns slightly yellow. Remove it and let it dry.

After stir-frying, the medicinal properties of White Tribulus are milder. It can both soothe the liver and nourish the kidneys, and it is easy to remove thorns and grind it into powder.
