Toxicity: The toxic components of Shandougen may be sophocarpine, oxidized sophocarpine, and sophora alkaloids.

Symptoms: Poisoning manifests as headache, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain or diarrhea, weakness in limbs, palpitations, and chest tightness.

In severe cases, pale complexion, trembling limbs, convulsions, whole body chilling, increased or decreased heart rate, and even shock may occur.

Timely watering and drainage:

Before the Shandougen seedlings emerge, water should be sprayed 1-2 times a day to keep the substrate in the nutrient cup moist. After the seedlings emerge, water should be sprayed every few days depending on the condition of the substrate in the nutrient cup. Each time, the water should be sprayed thoroughly, preferably in the morning and evening, and avoid spraying under strong sunlight at noon and in the afternoon.

Pay attention to timely drainage during the rainy season to prevent water accumulation in the field, which may affect the growth of Shandougen seedlings.

Timely removal of weeds:

Remove the weeds in the nutrient cup at any time, following the principle of "early removal, small removal, and complete removal".

Fertilizer management:

During the vigorous growth season, spray 0.2% urea and 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate alternately three times to promote the growth and lignification of seedlings, with an interval of 7-10 days.
