Causes and Dietary Remedies for Breast Pain in Women

2. Breast pain from breast hyperplasia

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mostly caused by liver qi stagnation, phlegm stagnation, and blood stasis.

Dietary principle: Soothe liver, regulate qi, clear heat, disperse stagnation, and regulate the Chong and Ren meridians.

Common dietary remedies:

1. Corn and loofah soup: 100g of corn, 50g of loofah, 10g of tangerine kernel, 1 egg, simmer the first three ingredients in water for 1 hour, add egg flower, water starch, and rock sugar before serving, twice a week.

2. Kelp and lettuce pot: 100g of kelp, 100g of lettuce, a little ginger and spring onion, simmer the kelp in water for 30 minutes, add lettuce, seasoning, and sesame oil before serving, once a day.

3. Cold mixed celery and kelp: 100g of kelp, 100g of celery, a little ginger and spring onion, blanch the kelp and celery, add seasoning and sesame oil, once a day.

4. Xia Ku Cao and angelica porridge: 30-90g of Xia Ku Cao, simmer and consume. Twice a week.

3. Breast pain from breast cancer

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of this disease involves Chong and Ren disharmony, insufficient liver and kidney, liver stagnation and phlegm stasis, and accumulation of pathogenic toxins.

Dietary principle: It should be combined with comprehensive treatment without affecting regular treatment.

Common dietary remedies:

1. Roast and grind an appropriate amount of crab shell. Take 2g each time, three times a day, and wash down with yellow wine.

2. 30-90g of Ophiopogon, stew and consume. Twice a week.

3. 10g of pangolin, 15g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, simmer in water for 20 minutes, add it to white porridge and consume it once a day.

4. 10g of beehive, 10g of Zhebei, 10g of mushroom, 10g of Curcuma zedoaria, 30g of Hedyotis diffusa, 30g of coix seed, simmer in water for 20 minutes, extract the juice, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, twice a week.
