Formula name:

Su He Decoction

Composition:

2 liang of Su He Xiang, 2 liang of She Xiang, 2 liang of Bai Fu Zi (fried), 2 liang of Nv Wan, 2 liang of Shu Shui Hua, 3 liang of Qing Mu Xiang, 1 liang of Ji She Xiang, 1 liang of Lu Ci Shi.

Dull complexion.

Usage and dosage:

First, take 2 sheng of glutinous rice and gradually harden it. Cook 1 dou of raw rice and 1 dou of fermented rice together. Mix with vinegar and 1.5 dou of water, and then separate the sediment to obtain 1 dou of juice. Boil and wrap the medicine with gauze, and steep it in the boiling porridge to obtain 3 sheng. When the medicine is cooked, wash the affected area with bean paste and let it dry. Apply the medicine to the affected area twice a day.

When applying the medicine, wash the face with vinegar water and then apply the medicine. Apply 3-4 liang of medicine until the affected area feels slightly painful and peels off. Considering its efficacy, it is also a product that promotes excretion and smoothness, and there is not much difference from Zi Wan."

[Applications of Nv Wan in prescriptions]

1. Treatment of coughs and asthma: 5 qian of Nv Wan, 3 qian of Jin Xian Diao, and 5 qian of Luo Bian Jing. Decoct in water and take orally.

2. Treatment of intestinal rumbling and diarrhea: 5 qian of Nv Wan, 2 qian of Chen Pi, and 2 qian of Chang Pu. Decoct in water and take orally.
