【Ingredients】

  Beef brisket, peeled Chinese yam, carrot, ginger slices, green onion sections, red dates, goji berries, salt, monosodium glutamate

【Instructions】

  1. Cut the beef brisket into pieces and blanch them in boiling water until partially cooked. Remove and rinse with clean water.
