Sheep hoof leaves are the leaves of the wild herb sheep hoof. They are mainly distributed in northeastern China, North China, East China, and other regions. They contain rich nutrients and have many benefits to the human body when consumed!


Method 1: Cold Salad with Sheep Hoof Leaves

Wash the sheep hoof leaves with water and cut them into fine strips. Heat water in a pot and add a small amount of salt. When the water boils, add the sheep hoof leaves and cook.

Method 3: Steamed Sheep Hoof Leaves

Tender sheep hoof leaves can also be steamed and eaten. Wash the sheep hoof leaves and evenly coat them with a layer of flour on the surface before steaming.

Steam the leaves for about ten minutes after putting them in a steamer. While steaming, prepare garlic paste, light soy sauce, and sesame oil to make a dipping sauce. After steaming, remove the leaves from the steamer and serve with the dipping sauce.
