4. Heat oil in the pan until it's 70% hot. Add the chicken pieces and stir quickly until cooked. Remove from the pan.

5. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté the green onions, ginger, and garlic, then add the chicken pieces. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry. Finally, add the walnuts and goji berries, and stir-fry until well mixed.

2. Boil the Bupleurum chinense in 1500ml water to make a broth. Reduce to about 1200ml, remove the residue and keep the broth.

3. Add the goji berries to the broth and cook until soft. Add the lamb slices and Chinese cabbage, and cook until the meat is tender. Season with salt and serve.
