  Mushrooms, carrots, lotus seeds, chicken feet, lean pork, red dates, salt.

  1. Wash the chicken feet and remove the nails. Cut them into small pieces and blanch them in hot water for one minute. Remove and drain.

  2. Wash and drain the lean pork. Wash and cut the carrots into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into pieces (if using dried mushrooms, soak them in advance). Soak the lotus seeds in water.

  3. Put the lean pork, lotus seeds, chicken feet, and mushrooms into a clay pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

  4. Add the carrots and red dates and simmer for another 30 minutes. Finally, add salt to taste.
