Effective Cough Remedies for Spring Weather

  1. Stir-Fried Carrots with Almonds

  Ingredients: 200g carrots, 50g almonds, 3g salt, 3g sugar, 3g soy sauce

  Instructions:

  1. Wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the carrots and stir-fry until cooked. Add the almond slices and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add salt, sugar, and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

  Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the pear, cut it open, and remove the core and some of the flesh. Wash the fritillaria bulb and glutinous rice, then mix the diced pear with them. Fill the pear with the mixture and steam it over water until cooked.

  2. Season with salt and serve.

  3. Monk Fruit and Lean Pork Soup

  Ingredients: 20g monk fruit, 15g loquat leaves, 200g lean pork, 2g salt

  Instructions:

  1. Wash the monk fruit and cut it into small pieces. Soak the loquat leaves for 30 minutes. Wash the lean pork and blanch it in boiling water before cutting it into pieces.

  2. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, then add the monk fruit, loquat leaves, and lean pork.

  3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Season with salt.

  4. Water with Chinese Yam and Rock Sugar

  Ingredients: 30g Chinese yam, 50g rock sugar

  Instructions:

  1. Wash the Chinese yam and soak it in cold water until it softens. Put it in a pot.

  2. Add rock sugar and an appropriate amount of water. Simmer the mixture over high and low heat until the Chinese yam is fully cooked.
