Bamboo Leaf Ginseng is a perennial herb that can grow up to 1m tall. It has short rhizomes and numerous fibrous roots. The stem is slender with branches. The fruit is spherical and black, with 2-3 seeds. It blooms in summer.

The dried rhizome is flat cylindrical, curved, about 5-10mm long and about 5mm in diameter, with numerous fine roots on the lower side.

The root is cylindrical and slightly twisted, about 4-10mm long and 1-2mm in diameter. The surface is yellowish-brown and has fine longitudinal lines.

It is hard and brittle, with a yellowish-white outer layer and a light brown woody layer. It has a slight aroma and a sweet, slightly spicy taste. The thicker and yellowish-brown the root, the better.


【Efficacy and Functions of Bamboo Leaf Ginseng】

1. Treatment of pulmonary emphysema

Bamboo Leaf Ginseng can stop coughing, relieve asthma, and also dissolve phlegm. It has a good therapeutic effect on human pulmonary emphysema. For treatment, you can take an appropriate amount of Bamboo Leaf Ginseng, white fresh skin, and deer antler grass, wash them, and stew them with chicken for consumption.

2. Treatment of post-disease enuresis
