[Ingredients]

- 100g soaked Tremella fuciformis (white fungus)
- 100g soaked Auricularia polytricha (black fungus)
- Salt, sugar, pepper, and sesame oil, to taste

[Method]

1. Remove impurities from the soaked Tremella fuciformis and Auricularia polytricha, and wash them with clean water. Blanch them in boiling water for a moment, then remove and soak in clean water for 5 minutes. Remove and drain the water, then place them on a plate.

2. Mix salt, sugar, pepper, and sesame oil with cold water until well combined. Pour the mixture over the plate and mix well.
