Steamed Pork with Preserved Egg Porridge

Ingredients:

- 90g rice

- 1000ml water

- 3-5ml cooking oil

- 2 slices of ginger

- 1 preserved egg

- some ham

- 5g salt

- 5g oyster sauce

- some sesame oil

- some white pepper powder

Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice and drain the water. Put it in a sealed bag and freeze it overnight.

2. Put the frozen rice in a pot, add water and oil, mix well, and cook the porridge over medium heat. When the rice grains are blooming, add ginger slices and continue to cook the porridge over low heat.

3. When the porridge is thick, add the preserved egg, ham, salt, pepper powder, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for seasoning. Stir well and turn off the heat.
