Effective Diet Therapy for Lowering Blood Pressure

  In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and changes in lifestyle, the incidence of hypertension has increased, and it is becoming more and more common among young people.   Recipes for Lowering Blood Pressure

  1. Radish, Mung Bean, and Ophiopogon Decoction

  Ingredients: 20g white radish, 40g mung beans, 40g rice, a suitable amount of ophiopogon, salt to taste

  Instructions: 1. Soak and wash the rice and mung beans; dice the white radish; wash the ophiopogon and boil it in water, then extract the juice.

  2. Boil water in a pot, add the black chicken to blanch and remove the blood.

  3. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a clay pot, then add the black chicken, black fungus, and ginger slices. Boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Season with salt and serve.

  2. Put the cassia seeds, lotus leaf strips, and oolong tea in a cup. Pour in boiling water, cover with a lid, and let it steep for about 10 minutes before drinking.
