Clinical Manifestations of Summer Dampness Cold:


      Feeling hot, slight aversion to cold, minimal sweating, heavy and achy limbs, dizziness and heavy-headedness, runny and turbid nasal discharge, restlessness and thirst with no desire to drink, chest tightness and nausea, short and yellow urine, thin yellow and greasy tongue coating, rapid and slippery pulse.

 



 
 【Mung Bean Porridge】  
  Recipe: 50 grams of mung beans, 100 grams of glutinous rice, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Method: Wash mung beans and glutinous rice, cook porridge, and when the porridge is cooked, add rock sugar and stir well before consuming.
Efficacy: Clearing heat and relieving summer heat.
Usage: Can be eaten for breakfast or dinner.
 
 【Bitter Gourd and Lotus Meat Soup】  
  Recipe: 30 grams of bitter gourd, 1 lotus leaf, 50 grams of lean pork.
