  Lily, Huai Shan and Sea Bass Soup

【Ingredients】

  1 sea bass (about 500g), 15g dried lily bulbs, 20g dried huai shan, 10g goji berries, ginger slices, salt to taste.

【Instructions】

  1. Cut the cleaned and gutted sea bass into large pieces;

  2. Rinse the dried lily bulbs, dried huai shan, and goji berries, and soak the dried lily bulbs in water for 20 minutes;

  3. Heat a wok with two tablespoons of oil, and when it is about 60% hot, add the sea bass pieces and fry them until slightly golden;

  4. Pour 6 bowls of water into a wide pot and bring it to a boil. Add the fried sea bass, dried lily bulbs, dried huai shan, goji berries, and ginger slices. Simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, then season with salt. Serve.
