Clinical Manifestations of Wind-Heat External Attack Type Skin Itching:


    Severe itching of the whole body or local skin, worsens when exposed to heat, and appears as linear blood marks after scratching. The onset is more common in summer. Symptoms include dry mouth, irritability, constipation, dark yellow urine, red tip of the tongue, thin yellow coating, and a pulse that is floating, rapid or slippery hot.
 

 



 【Stir-Fried Eggplant with Pork】  
  Ingredients: 300g eggplant, 100g luffa, 50g lean pork.
Method: Slice the eggplant and steam until cooked. Cut the luffa and lean pork into strips, stir-fry with seasoning, and pour over the eggplant.
Efficacy: Clears heat, relieves fire, and stops itching.
Usage: Eat with meals.
 
 【Green Bean Lotus Root】  
  Ingredients: 20g green beans, 300g fresh lotus root.
Method: Wash and peel the lotus root. After soaking the green beans, stuff them into the holes of the lotus root and steam until cooked. Slice afterwards.
Efficacy: Clears heat and detoxifies.
Usage: Can be eaten as a snack.
 
 【Honeysuckle Loquat Beverage】  
  Ingredients: 10g fresh honeysuckle, 4 loquats.
Method: Wash the loquats, cut them open and remove the pits, mash them, and add honeysuckle. Infuse with boiling water.
Efficacy: Dispels wind, disperses heat, and relieves itching.
Usage: Drink as a substitute for tea.
