Steamed Lotus Leaf Ribs with Bamboo Heart: A Healthy and Delicious Dish

【Ingredients】
1 lotus leaf, 300g pork ribs, 20g fresh bamboo leaf heart, 20ml cooking wine, 15g sugar, 2.5g salt, 20ml soy sauce, 80g rice noodles.





【Instructions】
Boil the lotus leaf in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and drain the water, then cut into pieces. Rinse the fresh bamboo leaf heart with clean water. Put the fried rice noodles in a container, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and a little water, mix well, then put in the pork ribs, dip the ribs in the rice noodles, and coat evenly. Spread the lotus leaf on the cutting board, place a section of rice noodle-coated ribs and an appropriate amount of fresh bamboo leaf heart on each lotus leaf, then wrap tightly with a string, put in a steaming dish, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the pot, place the steaming dish in the steamer, steam over high heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked.

【Precautions】
