January 12, 2024

This dish is a calcium supplement in everyday home cooking, and learning it benefits the whole family! Calcium is necessary for people of all ages and genders. Today, I will introduce a dish that is rich in calcium and also improves appetite and strengthens the body.

Severe calcium deficiency can lead to osteoporosis, so it is important to pay attention to calcium supplementation in our daily diet. The dish I am introducing today is a calcium supplement powerhouse found in common home-cooked meals, and it can also improve appetite and enhance physical health.

Recipe:

1. Clean and chop fresh pork into minced meat. Finely chop scallions and pickled vegetables. Mix all the ingredients together with a small amount of soy sauce and salt, and set aside.

2. Knead glutinous rice flour with warm water and divide it into several small doughs, and set aside.

3. Wrap the mixed minced meat inside the glutinous rice dough, and arrange them neatly.

4. Boil water in a pot, and put the wrapped dumplings in. Cook until they float.

5. In a large bowl, add seaweed, dried shrimp, dried shrimp skin, and soy sauce. Pour in boiling water, and finally, add the cooked meat dumplings into the bowl.

Dried shrimp is rich in nutrients, and its protein content is several to dozens of times higher than fish, eggs, and milk. Dried shrimp skin is also rich in calcium, second only to sesame sauce. Regular consumption of dried shrimp skin can help prevent osteoporosis caused by calcium deficiency. Adding some dried shrimp skin to rice dishes is beneficial for improving appetite and enhancing physical health.
