Field management: Weeds should be regularly removed during the growing season. To promote healthy plant growth, organic fertilizer or wood ash can be applied once a year.

Snow Mountain Artemisia has immediate effects on relieving bruises, swelling, rheumatism, and various internal and external pain when taken orally or applied topically. However, due to its high toxicity, it must be processed before use.

1. Soak the Snow Mountain Artemisia in cold water, changing the water 2-3 times a day until there is no numbing sensation. Remove it and cook it with licorice and black beans until the center is no longer white. Then, dry it.

2. Soak it in water for 7 days, changing the water twice a day. Slice it when the center becomes soft and transparent, steam it in a steamer for 2-3 hours, and then dry it.

Then, mix it with hot lard until fully cooked. Alternatively, wrap it in wet paper, place it near charcoal fire for thorough heating, remove the paper, soak it in children's urine for a day and night, rinse it, and then dry it.
