【Ingredients】

500g pig spinal cord (with spine) 250g lotus root

【Preparation】

Clean the lotus root and peel it, then cut it into thick slices; blanch the pig spinal cord in boiling water and drain it; put the prepared lotus root and pig spinal cord together in a clay pot, add seasoning and water, and simmer for about two and a half hours; remove the ginger and spring onion after cooking, add salt, and it can be consumed directly.
