Methods of Planting Five-spice herb

Pay attention to fertilization in spring and autumn every year. Spring fertilization can promote early greening and reduce damage. Autumn fertilization can extend the green period, increase tillering and underground rhizomes.

The fertilizer should be mainly nitrogen fertilizer, supplemented with phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. In order to continuously supply nutrients, long-acting nitrogen fertilizer should be the main fertilizer. When applying fertilizer, try to spread it evenly and avoid scorching the leaves with fertilizer.

Planting: Select suitable land before sowing, apply high-quality organic fertilizer and cake fertilizer, deep plow and fine rake. Broadcasting or hole sowing are both acceptable. Before sowing, mix with new high-fat film or mix with seed dressing agents to drive away underground pests, isolate virus infection, strengthen respiration intensity, and improve seed germination rate. The soil should be watered thoroughly when it is dry.

Field management: After the seedlings emerge, thinning can be done. Pay attention to loosen the soil and improve the ground temperature to promote their growth. Generally, no watering is recommended before emergence, but if the seedlings are dry during the seedling stage, appropriate watering can be done. In the rainy season, accumulated water in the field should be drained in time to prevent root rot and death.

Five-spice herb likes water, so it is best to water once a day when the weather is hot. Combine watering or apply urea on rainy days to promote seedlings and enhance their vigor. Spraying Zhongjingling at the right time can make the stems of the plants thick and strong, and the plants vigorous.
