  1. Sanqi (Panax notoginseng)

  6. Chishao (Paeonia lactiflora)

  Chishao has good effects of promoting blood circulation, dissipating blood stasis, cooling blood, and relieving pain. In addition, after taking Chishao, it can effectively enhance the coronary blood flow and output, and has a very good regulatory effect on microcirculation in the body. If there are symptoms such as poisoning, convulsions, and pain, taking Chishao can effectively restore health. Generally, the dosage of Chishao should be controlled between 3 grams and 15 grams, and overdose should be avoided.

  7. Honghua (Carthamus tinctorius)

  Honghua has the effects of relieving pain, resolving blood stasis, and promoting blood circulation.
