Xuemancao has the effects of dispelling wind, promoting diuresis, dispersing blood stasis, and promoting meridian circulation. It is mainly used to treat acute and chronic nephritis, rheumatic pain, rubella itching, sequelae of infantile paralysis, sprains, and fractures.
