Dietary Adjustments and Food Therapy for Kidney Stone Patients

There are many clinical methods for the treatment of kidney stones, and for patients with kidney stones, it is recommended to use some dietary adjustments and food therapy methods to assist in the treatment of kidney stones. So, what should kidney stone patients eat to regulate kidney stones?

1. Hollow-stemmed vegetable and water chestnut juice: 300g of hollow-stemmed vegetable, 200g of water chestnut. Wash and chop the hollow-stemmed vegetable; wash and crush the water chestnut; grind and strain the two ingredients together, and add honey to the juice to consume an appropriate amount. Take once daily.


2. Mustard and cucumber soup: 500g of mustard, 200g of cucumber. Cut and wash the mustard; slice and wash the cucumber; boil in water, season and consume in two servings, once daily.


3. Watermelon and lotus root juice: 300g of watermelon, 200g of fresh lotus root slices. Juice together, add an appropriate amount of honey, and consume twice daily.


4. Clam and winter melon soup: 50g of clams, 250g of winter melon, boil together and consume the soup.


5. Sea gold sand tea: 15g of sea gold sand, 2g of green tea, infuse with freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 5 minutes before drinking. Drink one cup on an empty stomach every morning, and drink as desired throughout the day.
